The homeworld of Sora, Riku, and Kairi. Most Convergers will appear on the island where the children play, though it’s a quick boat trip away to the mainland. Since the world’s restoration, it’s been peaceful for the most part, though the occasional Heartless stragglers may appear on the coast.

Status: The islands continue to remain peaceful. However, a mysterious key appears to have washed up on the beach. Where could it lead to…?

Formerly known as Hollow Bastion, the town has since been restored to its former glory thanks to the efforts of the Radiant Garden Restoration Committee. The Claymore defense system is capable of defending the town from most threats. After the events of Dream Drop Distance, former Nobodies Ienzo, Aelius, and Dilan have returned to Ansem the Wise’s laboratory, where they continue their research into the heart for the benefit of the heroes. However, Even seems to have mysteriously disappeared…

Status: The RGRC are dedicating their time to helping new Convergers, from information to training, and Cid will even build a Gummi Ship for them for a small price. Ienzo and the others may also lend their hand, though at the moment, they are busy looking for a way to bring Roxas back.

Ruled by the benevolent King Mickey and Queen Minnie, Disney Castle is always open to heroes looking for a rest. Thanks to the Cornerstone of Light within the castle, it is perpetually safe from darkness, making it impossible for Heartless to appear.

Status: With King Mickey venturing into the Realm of Darkness, Queen Minnie has taken over monarch duties. Chip and Dale work tirelessly in the castle’s Gummi Garage, and have taken to producing more gummiphones for the Convergers (provided they’re trustworthy, of course).

This world, whatever it once was, was the sight of the Keyblade War many years ago. The badlands were left permanently scarred by the war, and thousands of inactive Keyblades litter the ground, acting like graves for those fallen.

Status: Xehanort’s new Organization XIII have taken up this world as their base of operations. When members aren’t going around looking for hearts, they bide their time here, awaiting the Seven Guardians of Light for what will be their final battle.

The world of Hercules and the Greek pantheon of gods. Below the might of Mount Olympus is the bustling city of Thebes, where Herc is revered as their beloved hero and champion. Anyone brave enough can scale their way to the top of Mount Olympus, but only those who are deemed worthy by Zeus can pass through the golden gates and enter the Realm of the Gods.

Status: With Hades and the Titans defeated, Thebes is undergoing reconstruction efforts. Heartless are still a problem, though they're currently no match for Hercules or any passing hero.

This seemingly normal world is one where toys come to life. Anyone visiting the world will become a toy themselves and be able to interact with other toys such as Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and the gang. Going further down the street will lead to Galaxy Toys, a grand new toy store that’s currently advertising the hot new game, Verum Rex. However, anyone visiting the toy store should be careful, as Heartless have taken to possessing the toys on display…

Status: Thanks to Organization XIII’s meddling, some of the toys and even the people of the world have gone missing, and other strange happenings, such as Buzz’s laser being real, have been going on. Though Woody and the gang have been keeping the Heartless at bay while waiting for Andy’s return, there may be a point where they’ll have to take further action.

A coastal kingdom surrounded by beautiful lush forests, this is the home of Princess Rapunzel, who had been kidnapped and kept in a secluded tower for many years by the witch Mother Gothel. Every year, the kingdom itself holds a festival celebrating their lost princess, sending out floating lanterns in the hopes that they will guide her back. However, the forest itself holds many dangers aside from the usual ruffians and thugs…

Status: Rapunzel continues to remain trapped in the tower; however, a chance encounter with the dashing thief Flynn Rider may lead her to step outside for the first time. Meanwhile, the princess is being monitored by the Organization, who currently suspects her as one of the new Princesses of Heart, AKA the New Seven Hearts.

An industrial world whose company, once dedicated to scares, now relies on children’s laughter under the new leadership of James P. Sullivan, AKA Sulley, and Mike Wazowski. Though this transition has alleviated some of the fear that monsters have for humans, there are still some that are wary of them. Convergers will become monsters upon arrival, unless, by pure chance, they come in through one of the many doors the company uses for their laugh-collecting, the world acting as a sort of nexus for the other worlds (without the monsters’ knowledge).

Status: The Unversed have struck this world, currently going after children’s screams during after hours under someone’s orders. Though Mike and Sulley are doing their best to keep the Unversed from causing too much harm, keeping their human friend, Boo, safe, they may have to get to the bottom of this sooner or later.

A once beautiful kingdom, now trapped in an eternal winter due to Queen Elsa’s powers being unleashed. The fearful queen has since escaped to the North Mountain to live in isolation, while her sister Princess Anna has set out to bring her home. On the other side of the fjords is Arendelle itself, where Prince Hans of the Southern Isles has been left in charge. Though the citizens may be fearful of Convergers, the prince is willing to let anyone help...but what secrets could he be hiding?

Status: The presence of two hearts of light have caught the attention of the Organization. Heartless are constantly on the attack in the North Mountain and the kingdom of Arendelle, drawn to the presence of a great darkness.

Scour the high seas and explore vast lands in search for treasure in this pirate-filled world. So long as you have a sturdy ship, you can safely navigate the seas freely, all while battling other pirates, Heartless, and the British army. One should be careful as they indulge in this swashbuckling lifestyle, lest they wind up in the abyss of Davy Jones’ Locker…

Status: The seas of the Caribbean are more dangerous than ever, pirates being hunted by Davy Jones himself, under the manipulations of Cutler Beckett. Word of his heart kept in a box has also caught the attention of the Organization, unaware of which “heart” this actually is.

This high-tech metropolis is guarded by the diligent Big Hero 6, a group of young people along with the personal healthcare robot, Baymax, dedicated to protecting the city from any sort of threat. The city is mostly stable by day, where you can wander the streets and marvel at the sights safely. By night, however, Heartless seem to appear in droves, requiring heroes to drive them back.

Status: Big Hero 6 are continuously battling the Heartless threat, though they are in need of a helping hand. However, there have also been sightings of microbots, the old invention of Hiro Hamada, taking on strange, cube-like shapes...

Without an Alice, who seems to have found her way home, for everyone to be chasing, Wonderland is mostly at peace. Of course, the Queen of Hearts' temper is as short as ever, and she'll order a beheading at the drop of a hat. The other denizens of Wonderland still exist to confuse any visitors, and added on to that mess are the Heartless that show up.

Status: Stable for now, though the Queen of Hearts remains untrustworthy of visitors.

Deep within the African jungle is the home of Tarzan, his wife Jane, her father Professor Archimedes Q. Porter, and the various animals that Tarzan lives with. Though relatively peaceful, it contains all the dangers one would expect from a jungle. Luckily, those living at the camp are always accepting of visitors.

Status: Heartless have remained few and far between, making this world a good place for a training ground for some Convergers (if they can get past the humidity, that is).

This desert city has been quiet since Jafar's final defeat, and Aladdin and Princess Jasmine have finally married, living in the castle with the friendly Sultan. However, the palace guards are not as welcoming to other “street rats.” An infinite amount of treasure can be found in the Cave of Wonders, but only if you're willing to get past the ever changing structures and traps.

Status: Other than the dry heat one can expect from a desert, the world remains safe for the time being.

This underwater world is home to a kingdom of mer-people, with King Triton at the throne. Though the king is often disapproving of otherworldly visitors, the mer-folk and other underwater creatures are usually friendly to newcomers. Just try not to get dragged into any musicals.

Status: The ocean continues to remain peaceful, and Triton’s daughter, Ariel, now lives on the surface, married to Prince Eric.

This weird world is the physical manifestation of the holiday it’s named for. The inhabitants are therefore suitably creepy and cooky, led by the Pumpkin King Jack Skellington, who prepares year-round for his big Halloween event. In the woods are several large trees with doors that lead to other holiday towns, though all but Christmas Town seem strangely closed off.

Status: The town is under preparations for the coming celebration. With the Heartless threat being relatively low, Jack has high hopes that this Halloween will be “their most horrible yet!”

If you're in London, you can get to Neverland simply by flying towards the second star to the right, and straight on 'till morning. Neverland is filled with wonders, and is inhabited by Peter Pan and the Lost Boys, as well as many mystical creatures. Remember to watch out for Captain Hook and his band of pirates!

Status: After the events of 358/2 Days, Captain Hook seems to have gone into hiding after his repeated defeats and humiliations. With Heartless appearing very rarely, the only thing to worry about is the mischievous antics of Peter Pan.

The world ruled by the benevolent Emperor and protected by warriors Fa Mulan and Li Shang. Though the Chinese army keeps a steady watch on the lands surrounding the Imperial City, Heartless and stray Huns can still be a threat.

Status: Though peaceful, strange things have been happening near the mountain village. Word of powerful Heartless beneath the mountains have begun to spread, but not much is known beyond that.

This savannah is home to all manner of beasts, from the proud lions atop Pride Rock to the cackling hyenas in the Elephant Graveyard. Since King Simba's return, the land has flourished, returning to its once green and lush state, with plenty of game to go around. However, the hyenas still sometimes try to muscle in on the lions' territory, and Heartless can still be a problem.

Status: Stable, the lions driving back any Heartless that encroach on their territory.

Home to Princess Aurora and Prince Phillip, this world has been quite peaceful since its return to the Realm of Light. The three fairies that once lived here have chosen to remain with Yen Sid, and Maleficent has long since abandoned her evil castle in her current quest for power. Outside of the white castle, though, Heartless still appear, and the old fairy's home is still filled with her minions, awaiting her return.

Status: Some secrets are waiting to be found in Maleficent’s dark castle. However, one should keep watch of her faithful crow, Diablo, who will warn her minions of any invaders.
